Marshal streams heart rate, position and pace from each participant's own Garmin watch or bike computer to a single control-room view — so you know where everyone is, and who has gone quiet. Running, cycling, trail, skiing, hiking or any activity their watch can record.
Before you run an event
Marshal has organiser terms. The short version: for the people in your events, you are the controller of their data, not us. You decide who joins, who watches, and when it is deleted — and it is your job to get their consent first. We hold it on your instructions.
Silence is visible
Every device shows the age of its last confirmed report. Go quiet and you turn amber, then red — because a dashboard that cannot tell you it has lost someone is worse than none.
Nothing to install for the operator
The control room is a web page. Sign in, enter the event token, and the field appears on a live map.
How it works
- Participants add Marshal to a data screen on their Garmin watch or Edge bike computer, and enter the event token.
- The watch reports every 60 seconds, relayed over Bluetooth by their phone.
- You watch the event unfold on the map, with live vitals per device and clear staleness warnings.
